Announcement

I got a new job as a loan processor at Universal American Mortgage Company. I really like the job and all of the things that I am learning, and UAMC is a great place to work for. So far, the culture and people are very nice. It is an interesting change in careers, because now the customer that i speak with fears the end result and speaks with trepidation on all subjects remotely connected to the end result ( loan closure and fund disbursement); whereas previously, the customer did not care to talk about the details leading up to the end result (degree), because they were primarily concerned about attaining the end result as soon as possible. I have learned (just today) that I need to change my approach a little in order to not terrify the borrower unneccesarily.
